Cravings

I'm fighting them. I don't even know what I want, aside from the fact that it comes out of a drive-through window. Or carbs and sugar. I've been wanting cake since before I started this diet.
But these cravings are Hell. I exercised, I drank water, I ate filling food. And I still want more. but I'm not hungry. I can feel that I'm not. But I want to eat something anyway.

If you're eating healthily, the cravings for sugary and fatty foods will drop off after 2 or 3 weeks. They won't necessarily go away, but they do become easier.

However, you also need to look at your other reasons for over eating. Food addiction is one aspect, but there are many others. If you haven't looked at it already, then do read Why Did I Overeat.

To make sure that you can not only lose weight, but most importantly KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF, you have to explore all the reasons WHY you over eat.

Not all of them will be obvious, so your journey to being healthier will also need to be one of self discovery and learning.
